• REval: Real estate valuations/assessments and land value tax rebalancing

• S/BOM builder: (Software) Bill of Materials management app
• Provenance: decomposing inputs to products(?) (same as supply chain visualizer?). Track exactly what inputs (material, capital, and labor) affected each component.

• Analytical Hierarchy Process applications: university selection, moving homes, etc.
• Blog (need to pick a few focus areas such a creative writing, software, politics, or board games)

• Auto-garden: hydroponic farm with self-regulating systems
• Homelab: variety of services like bookmarking
• Home maintenance tracker: Schedule and track home maintenance events and optimize to distribute the workload & costs as evenly as possible throughout the year.
• Disney deals: Find a good deal on resort stays at Disney World if you are flexible with the dates.

Micro-apps:

• Solar panel efficiency: Expected power output throughout the year based on orientation and location. Include day-night cycles, battery capacity required, example of supported workloads.
• Micro-web: Small libraries or tools for common HTML-centric web apps, such as Header/nav embedding for simple “build” process, Datagrid, Tooltips
• Retirement projections: Starting principle, interest rate, contributions until X, withdrawals at X
• Book vs movie: encoding movie scripts and book text then calculating cosine similarity
• Quick compare: Drag and drop 2 files, select key columns, highlight diffs
• Calendar: API to check if date is work day, based on multiple calendars
• Inflation adjust: Year vs year inflation adjustments, but accounting for a variety of factors. For instance, BLS CPI, housing and energy inflation, GDP change, change in income by industry, etc.

• orbital-combat: Simulator for realistic orbital combat mechanics. How would space frigates actually work? Lasers vs missiles, satellite defense, interception maneuvers, engagement ranges, etc.
• calibrated-stars: System for calibrating or normalizing rankings. Is my 5-star overinflated compared to yours?
• rewards++: Calculating optimized reward program spending to get best value per dollar.
